Practice Transactions

Buy or sell a practice, and the building or lease that comes with it.

Every side of the table can get its own representation, and every fee is disclosed in writing before anything is signed.

XpoNential works with buyers, sellers, property owners and the brokers who list their practices. We prepare the business, represent the buyer, coordinate the building decision and keep the transaction moving through closing. Our transaction history is deepest in dentistry, and we also work with veterinary, chiropractic and med spa owners.

Choose your side of the table

Five ways into a practice transaction.

Each path starts with a short inquiry that goes straight to us. The deeper pages explain the published engagements, and this page connects them.

Buying

Buy the right practice

For the associate buying a first practice and the owner adding the next location. The fee is fixed and is never based on the purchase price.

Selling

Sell from strength

Readiness work before the market sees the practice, offers compared on terms as well as price, and diligence managed to closing.

Property

Decide what to do with the building

Keep it and lease it, sell it with or apart from the practice, or evaluate a sale-leaseback. The answer depends on the practice as much as the property.

The disruption

Two brokers. Both paid. One commission.

Most practice sales leave the buyer without an agent because nobody pays one. Every listing in our network publishes the split paid to the agent who brings the buyer, so the buyer gets representation and the seller still pays one commission.

How both brokers get paid from one commission Seller pays one commission to the listing broker. The listing broker pays a published split to the buyer's agent. The buyer's agent represents the buyer. The seller agrees to one commission with the listing broker. The listing broker publishes the share paid to the agent who brings the buyer, and that share is paid from the commission, never on top of it.

What changes when you work with us

Built for the parts of a practice sale that usually get left out.

Fees on the page

Our rate is published before the first call, not buried in a contract at the last one.

A paid seat for the buyer’s agent

Every network listing publishes the split a buyer’s agent earns, so buyers arrive represented and the seller’s total commission does not change.

The building in the deal

Owned real estate, the lease and a sale-leaseback are priced with the practice, not discovered after the offer.

Ready before it is listed

We clean up the books, the systems and the story a buyer will price, before the market ever sees the practice.

Every profession, one standard

Dental, veterinary, chiropractic, med spa and surgery centers, each with the numbers buyers in that field actually ask for.

Operators, not order takers

We have bought practices, sold them and run them. The diligence, the lender, the lease and the first ninety days get handled by people who have done the work.
