Accessibility Statement

01 Our commitment

XpoNential Management LLC is committed to making xponentialmanagement.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at Level AA. That is the standard most commonly referenced in United States accessibility practice, and it is the one we measure ourselves against.

02 What we have done

Accessibility is built into how this site is put together rather than added afterward. Specific measures include the following.

• Semantic page structure with a logical heading order, so screen readers can navigate by section
• Text contrast tested against the Level AA minimum, with pure black avoided in favor of high-contrast dark tones that are easier to read at length
• A minimum body text size of sixteen and a half pixels, with no essential content set smaller than twelve pixels
• Keyboard access to every interactive element, with a visible focus indicator on links, buttons, and form controls
• Text alternatives on images that carry meaning, and diagrams labeled for assistive technology
• Layouts that reflow to a single column on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged
• Motion and transitions kept minimal, and reduced-motion preferences respected where animation is used
• Color never used as the only way information is conveyed

03 Where we know we fall short

Stating this plainly is more useful than claiming full conformance.

• Our scheduling tool is provided by a third party. We have selected a vendor that publishes an accessibility commitment, but we do not control that interface
• Some documents published on this site as PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need one of them in an accessible format, ask and we will provide it
• Diagrams and charts carry text alternatives, but a complex figure is never as good as the explanation beside it. Where a figure matters, the surrounding text says the same thing in words

04 If something is not working

Tell us. We would rather hear about a problem than have someone quietly leave.

Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you can tell us the browser and any assistive technology you were using, that helps us reproduce it faster.

We aim to respond within five business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and offer the information you were after in another format in the meantime.

05 Getting the same information another way

Anything published on this site is available by phone, email, or in an alternative format at no charge. That includes our Standard Terms, engagement materials, and any document offered as a download. Ask and we will send it in whatever form works for you.

06 How this statement is maintained

This statement was last reviewed on August 10, 2026. We review it when the site changes materially and at least once a year. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a box that gets checked, and this page gets updated as the site does.
